Horse Boarding
We are an owner-operated full-service horse facility with over 30 years of experience in the boarding industry. We strive to offer a wide range of boarding opportunities to fit the unique needs of our clients. Whether it's Stall boarding with daily pasture turnout or a 50x300 individual paddock, we offer a personalized experience for every client. Our farm encompasses 32 acres of fully fenced and security gate-controlled access offering two arenas, a round pen, tack storage, and miles of riding trails. The Ranch Owners work full-time on the property and have ranch sitters for when the Owners are away. Our hay is purchased from the same farmer each year and remains the same for our horses year-round, eliminating problems derived from unknown fields or farmer's practices. The Ranch is closed to clients only, so you won't be fighting for facility use from haul in's, or security issues from unknown visitors.
Boarding Rates:
Individual Paddock - $600 Full Care/ $500 Self Cleaning
Paddocks are 40' wide and between 200 and 300' long with 3-sided 10x12 shelters w/ stall mats. The front fence is built up with rock to battle the mud in the winter months. The property has drain lines incorporated throughout the ranch to maintain drainage during the wet western Washington rainy months. Rates include up to 20lbs of Timothy or Alfalfa hay fed in 2 feedings per day and owner-provided supplements. Additional hay is available at the current market price. Paddocks are cleaned completely of all manure and soiled hay and mowed 3 times during the growing season. The only difference between Self Cleaning and Full care is who is responsible for paddock cleaning and water maintenance. We will bring your horse up for shoer or vet if the horse will stand tied and a handler isn't needed for the appointment.
Stall Boarding w/ Attached Run - $700 Full Care/ $500 Self Cleaning
10x12 stalls with attached run. Rates include up to 20lbs of Timothy or Alfalfa hay fed in 2 feedings per day and owner-provided supplements. Additional hay is available at current market price. Full care includes daily stall cleaning and pellet cleaning (Self-cleaning owners must clean daily. The horse is not turned out to shared paddocks. We will bring your horse up for shoer or vet if the horse will stand tied and a handler isn't needed for the appointment.
Stall Boarding w/ daily turnout to 40x200 Individual paddock- $850 Full Care
10x12 stalls with attached run. Rates include up to 20lbs of Timothy or Alfalfa hay fed in 2 feedings per day and owner-provided supplements. Additional hay is available at current market price. Full care includes daily stall cleaning and pellet cleaning (Self-cleaning owners must clean daily. Horse is turned out to an individual paddock during the day, fed dinner in outside shelter, and brought in every night to their stall. We will bring your horse up for shoer or vet if the horse will stand tied and a handler isn't needed for the appointment. We will change out blankets (if needed) when going from stall to paddock.
Additional Rates:
Daily Feed Soaking or Daily Medicating - $30 monthly
Hold Fee - $25 Hourly (30 Minute Increments - Unruly horses additional)
Trailer Parking - $50 Monthly or $400 Annually (1st Trailer included in boarding fee)
RV Parking - $800Monthly/ $40 daily
Layup Stall - $45 Daily/ $300 Weekly bedding & cleaning included
Layup Pen- $20 Daily/ $125 Weekly cleaning included
Blanket Rotation - $60 Monthly (we pull blankets if it gets too hot at no charge)
Daily Exercise & grooming - $30 per session
Horse Hauling - $150 within 30 miles
Paddock Cleaning - $8 for 2 days/ $110 monthly
Horse Damage Repairs - $50 per hour plus materials
Alfalfa Bale - $35 (135lb 2nd cutting 3 tie)
Timothy Bale - $28 (115lb 2nd cutting 3 tie)
Extra Feeding Timothy - $2.70 daily/ $80 Monthly
Extra Feeding Alfalfa - $2.50 daily/ $75 Monthly
Alfalfa Pellets 5 or 10lbs - $2.75/ $5.50
